At St Mary's Place Dental Practice, we are determined that your experience under our care continues to be effective and reassuring, while we offer you detailed attention as comfortably and safely as possible.
We would like to thank all our patients for working with us and following our safety measures to keep you and our staff safe.
Before your appointment
All patients with respiratory symptoms (either suspected or confirmed respiratory illnesses) must inform reception staff immediately upon arrival
Respiratory symptoms which may indicate a respiratory virus;

Rhinorrhea (Runny nose)

Congestion in the nasal sinuses or lungs

Sore throat
-
Sneezing
-
Coughing
All patients attending the practice are screened by asking them to read these respiratory screening questions:

Do you have any new or worsening respiratory symptoms not already mentioned which suggest you may have a respiratory virus?

Have you been had a laboratory test with a confirmed respiratory virus/infection such as Influenza in the last 10 days?
If the answer would be yes to either of the questions patients are advised to not enter the practice but to call 01785 251287 to inform reception.
